Having started his career in the banking sector and also in the assurance department of one of the Big4 companies, Mário Silva has about 25 years of experience, 15 of which at the top management level (Board of Directors, Audit and Finance Committees, Risk Committees and Investment Committees) of several companies, namely, in industrial sector, commercial, family offices and financial institutions in several countries, including listed entities in the stock exchange.
He was University professor (Portuguese Catholic University) and post-university professor (Teacher of several programs at Porto Business School) in the area of Planning and Management Control until February 2020 and member of the General and Supervisory Board of Porto Business School until April 2019.
