Job Description
- Assess company client’s financial status
- Analyze investment plans of our clients
- Perform Financial Due Diligences
- Coordinate Transaction Processes
- Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding for our clients
- Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability of our clients
What you need to have
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or in a related field
- 2 or 3 years of experience
- Experience in Due Diligences, Corporate Finance, Audit, Financial Analysis or Strategic Planning
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
